Roots and Rainbows

Join us for a vibrant, sensory-rich class where nature, play, and food exploration come together in the sweetest way. Led by: A Well Fed Mind, a pediatric OT and feeding specialist, children will be gently invited to engage with a colorful spring snack and explore foods of the rainbow through play.

This isn’t about pressure of “getting them to eat,” it’s about creating a positive, low-stress environment where kids can interact with food in their own way. Through touching, smelling, building, sorting, and yes, sometimes tasting, children build familiarity and confidence with a variety of foods while following their own comfort level.

Rooted in play and guided by a deep understanding of child development, this experience supports sensory exploration, independence, and a sense of safety around food…all while feeling like pure magic and fun.

Come get a little messy, a little colorful, and a whole lot curious with us.
